Your Impact

As our Alternative Learning Provision Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop innovative strategies to support students with SEMH and behavioural needs.

• Inspire and motivate staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning within the Alternative Provision.

• Build strong partnerships with external agencies, post-16 providers, and careers services.

• Champion the Oasis ethos and 9 Habits, creating a culture of inclusion, respect, and perseverance.

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified teacher (Degree + PGCE or equivalent) – SENCO qualification desirable.

• We will consider anyone without QTS status if they have a strong background in working in education, particularly SEMH

• Proven success in leading teams and raising achievement.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and inspire others.

• A creative, resilient leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to transforming lives through education.
